Today I tried out the nail art that fellow blogger Lily Melrose posted just a few days ago. I will be doing a night course at one of the colleges in my town in September and I'm super excited! I cannot wait to do the course and set up my own nail business and make my own money around my college work! So since I signed up I've been trying out a range of Nail art designs! I must admit this has to be the only design that has turned out pretty damn good!
For my nails I decided to use fake nails which you can buy from Primark for only £1! their really great nails with such a natural look, however I would recommend you get a different Nail Glue. As it would be too much of a messy challenge I needed to get the nails on some kind of support so I could complete the Nail art without smudging. I used some plastic straws simply applied a little amount of glue to the nails and the stick to create the support I needed. Once I had the support I needed I then applied the base coat, you can apply any colour I would suggest a light pale/pastel colour so you get the real impact of the pattern/print. Allow to dry so you still cause no mixture or smudge. I choose to go for three spot colours, this really made the print even better! All you then do is simple apply about three spots of each colour to the nail,. You really need to make sure you allow these to dry as they can be big  glumps.
Nail art pens! now these are pretty much a must have if you love having a mess about! The one I brought came in a three pack, and only cost me £1.99 it's not top knock like most nail pens but I just wanted to trial out the good old nail art! (if you can suggest a good nail art pen please let me know below) So with my nail pen I then drew slight lines around the spots, randomly, having freedom on which spots had out-lines. This is what makes the leopard print come alive! To End and finish off the look just add a coat of clear nail varnish to clear and shine the look!
